CARDIO KICKBOXING CENTER offers FUN and CHALLENGING Group Classes for individuals of all fitness levels. We combine Striking & Kicking techniques with Plyometric Strength and Conditioning exercises that will help you move better in your daily life as well as build confidence. All classes are Coached by a real Self Defense Coach and Personal Trainer.  The gym is thoroughly disinfected after every class and class sizes are kept small.
